Data Processing Consent

1. Consent and controller
1.1. By filling in an English-language Nika Estate form, actively selecting the required unticked consent checkbox and submitting the form, I freely and specifically consent to the processing described here. My consent relates to the particular property enquiry, consultation, meeting, webinar, calculation, guide or other requested material identified beside that form.
1.2. The controller is NIKA ESTATE HOMES PROPERTIES, trading as Nika Estate, with its registered address at Office Nos. AA2/504, AA2/505 and AA2/507, Mankhool, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Its privacy email is info.dubai@nikaestate.com. I can read the separate Privacy Notice and this consent before submitting.
1.3. The checkbox requires my own affirmative action and the form cannot be submitted without it. Opening Telegram or another messenger after a successful submission is a separate action governed in part by that platform's own rules.
2. Information covered
2.1. My consent covers fields in the particular form that I complete: first and last name, phone number, email address, Telegram username, WhatsApp contact and preferred communication channel; country, city, location, property or market of interest, budget, purchase purpose and timing, consultation format, questionnaire answers and any free-text question. A webinar form may ask for my name, phone number and email address. Not every form asks for every field.
2.2. It also covers technical submission details such as date and time, browser time zone, page and URL, referrer, UTM parameters, form and offer names, request identifier, answers, submission status and recorded checkbox value. Hosting and analytics services may separately process IP address, cookies and browser data as explained in the Privacy Notice. The current form does not record the IP address as a separate field in the working Google Sheet or create a standalone record of the exact version of each legal page.
2.3. I do not provide information for publication to an unlimited audience. These forms do not ask for passport or payment-card details, biometric information or sensitive categories of personal data. I should not enter such details into a free-text field unless they are specifically and lawfully requested elsewhere.
3. Purposes
3.1. I authorise Nika Estate to receive and record my enquiry, contact me through the details I supplied, answer my questions, clarify my property preferences, prepare a requested property shortlist, calculation or guide, arrange a consultation and register me for a requested meeting or webinar and send information directly relevant to it.
3.2. I authorise use of submission context to avoid duplicate answers, check whether the form worked, protect it from automated or fraudulent submissions, respond to a privacy request and establish what I asked for and what response was provided, within the information actually kept by the connected systems.
3.3. This consent does not by itself authorise unrelated advertising emails, mass calls or messenger campaigns. Such communication needs a separate lawful ground or separate consent. Refusing unrelated advertising does not prevent an answer to the particular enquiry I sent.
4. Processing operations
4.1. For those purposes I authorise collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, disclosure to authorised staff and instructed service providers, restriction, deletion and anonymisation or destruction where appropriate. Processing may be automated or manual and may involve transmission between the systems actually used to handle the enquiry.
4.2. I understand that my information is not intended to be sold, made public or given to unrelated parties for their independent advertising. Staff and providers should receive access only as needed to answer my request, operate a system or comply with a legal duty.
5. Systems and recipients
5.1. Static landing pages are hosted through GitHub Pages. The current form route sends my submission through Google Apps Script to a working Google Sheet. Authorised Nika Estate staff and technical providers may access these systems according to their roles and actual permissions. A subsequent transfer into amoCRM is possible only if an integration is in fact operating; the current website code does not establish an automatic amoCRM transfer.
5.2. If I independently open the Telegram bot or choose Telegram or WhatsApp contact, that platform processes account and conversation information under its own privacy documents. Some pages use Yandex Metrica and Meta Pixel for visit and confirmed-enquiry analytics. The form code does not send my entered name, phone number, email or answers to those analytics events, although those services may receive technical visit information.
5.3. Service providers acting for Nika Estate should be bound by appropriate instructions and confidentiality and security requirements. Material changes to the data route, recipients or purpose require an updated Notice and, where applicable, renewed consent.
6. International processing
6.1. I understand that the Google route and other providers may process information outside my country of residence. The actual locations and recipients depend on provider configuration and agreements. The controller must verify those facts and comply with applicable transfer and localisation requirements before making a definitive claim about where information is first stored.
6.2. Where an enquiry concerns a Russian citizen, any applicable Russian database-localisation and cross-border-transfer duties must be assessed by the relevant operator. This consent does not waive those duties. A later copy in amoCRM does not establish where the initial online collection occurred.
7. Duration and retention
7.1. This consent starts when I submit the form and applies until the stated purposes are completed or I withdraw it, unless another lawful ground permits or requires limited further retention. My contact details are used to answer the enquiry, hold the agreed consultation or event and provide the requested material, not indefinitely merely because I submitted a form.
7.2. A minimal record of the request, consent, response, objection or withdrawal may be retained to resolve a dispute, avoid unwanted repeated contact and protect the parties' rights within applicable periods. When retention ends, information is deleted or anonymised, subject to lawful backup cycles and legal duties.
8. Withdrawal
8.1. I may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing info.dubai@nikaestate.com and identifying the contact details used in the form and, if possible, the approximate date and page. The controller may seek limited information needed to verify that I am entitled to make the request.
8.2. Processing based on this consent then stops and information is deleted where no other lawful basis permits or requires retention, within applicable periods. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it was received. If I withdraw the contact details needed to answer, Nika Estate may be unable to complete a pending enquiry or deliver a guide or webinar details.
9. Rights and my confirmations
9.1. Subject to applicable law, I may ask about processing and recipients, request access or correction, restriction or deletion, withdraw consent, require processing to stop, complain to a competent authority and seek judicial protection. I can exercise these rights by contacting info.dubai@nikaestate.com.
9.2. On submission I confirm that the contact details belong to me or that I am authorised to provide them; my information is supplied voluntarily; I understand the purpose, data categories and processing conditions; I had the opportunity to read the Notice and this consent; and I know how to withdraw. If I include another person's information, I confirm that I have a lawful basis to provide it.
10. Final terms
10.1. This document is separate from the Privacy Notice and any advertising consent.
